They’re often difficult, as you have to put a lot in before you see any results and you often experience a lot of rejection. It can be frustrating to not see immediate benefits to your business. That’s why sales are often seen as a necessary evil for a successful company. Wrongly so if you ask me! As a consultant, I’ll help you to set and achieve your sales goals, to be top of mind with your prospects, to give your customers the optimal experience and most importantly, to stay ahead of the competition.
About Mimi
Entrepreneurship and commerce come naturally to me and have been an important theme throughout my life. As a small child I painted and sold shells outside our holiday home in France, and at college I started a small business selling handmade jewellery.
My whole life I’ve been fascinated by the motives of people and why they make certain decisions. It was for this reason that I decided to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. During my studies I worked at several sales companies including Pepperminds and The Sales Unit, in face-to-face marketing where I could apply the sales theories I read about in my spare time. This led to being employed as a Corporate Recruitment Manager at The Sales Unit and signalled the start of my career in recruitment.
In 2018 I joined the team at the Oliver James Associates where my role focused on data analytics and business development within the Recruitment Agency. I was then hired by Finest People Employment Agency to set up the A large part of this role was attracting new clients. This quickly became a highly successful department within the company and I was able to help many satisfied customers with the recruitment of new employees.
Entrepreneurship continued to call to me and so I decided to start my own business in May 2020. Now I help companies with sales strategy and business development.
